BravoTV provides an online video streaming service which allows clients to browse distinctive offerings of live and on-demand programs. Consequently, by accessing or using any of the BravoTV services, You acknowledge and consent to these terms:

• Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, adjust these Terms and Conditions of Use, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to the Client. Any such alteration will be effective instantly upon open posting. Your proceeded use of our Service and this Site following any such alteration constitutes your acknowledgment of these adjusted Terms.
• Usage and service terms
You may not either directly or through the use of any device, software, internet site, web-based service, or other means, re-stream, distribute, broadcast or transmit the content.
• Third party purchases
Your transactions and other dealings with third party vendors that are found on or through the service, including “buy now”, and other comparable programs, are solely between you and such dealer.
• Quality of streams
A perfect viewing experience relies upon your network access and device capabilities. The elements will be based on your location, internet capacity, the number of devices connected to the same network, the content you have chosen, and the configuration of the device you are using. Subsequently, BravoTV can’t make any guarantees about the content in these regards. Please note sharing a subscription will result in permanent suspension or device ban.
VPN usage is recommended for some regions where iptv system is blocked . Or if you simply want to use it for your internet protection
• Accuracy of information
All the data you submit to our database must be accurate and updated. You are responsible for all utilization of your account.
• Compatibility
In order to access the services, you must use devices that meet the system and compatibility prerequisites that we establish in our Help Center.
Internet service and data usage
You are in charge of any expenses related to your network access used to get to our services.
• Sharing a subscription
Sharing a subscription is not permitted. You can only have one active stream open at any given time. However, by purchasing extra connections, you can watch on multiple devices at the same time.
• Purchase details
In order to make a purchase, you will need to follow the ordering procedures described via the service. Pricing details for services and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed via the service and are subject to change without notice.
• Number of channels and movies (VOD)
The number of channels and movies in the VOD library can be changes based on the update we do every week.
• Suspension and downtime
In the extension of our rights to end or suspend your access delineated above, you acknowledge that: your access and usage of the services might be suspended for the length of any sudden or unscheduled downtime or unavailability of any portion or all of the services for any reason.

All correspondences and notice to be made or offered in understanding with this Agreement ought to be in the English language. We maintain all authority to instantly end or limit your use of the services or access to content at any time, without notice or liability, if BravoTV determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, disregarded any law, rule, or regulation.
The BravoTV logo, and other Bravo TV marks, graphics, scripts, are trademarks of BravoTV. None of the BravoTV trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise exploited.

Refunds

At BravoTV we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales issue, do not hesitate to contact us. In case our technical support not solved your issue within 10 business days you’re able to get a full refund. We want to make things right and we assure our services is very stable, and in most of the cases you will not face issues that we can’t solve .

Refund will covers you in any case of issue comes from our technical side.

You will not be able to get refund in the following cases:

• You will not be approved for refund if issue is not in our technical side ( if is coming from your side , device that you use or bad internet connection in your country or area) or any other possibility’s that does not include our technical possibility’s.

• You will not be approved to get refund in any case if you violate our terms and conditions and your account is suspended.

• You will not be approved to get full refund if you used our services for a while , and for example in any case if you have a subscription of 12 or less months and after 8 month of perfect service used you’re facing technical issue on our side that we can’t solve it in 10 days ( and you’re not able to use the rest subscription purchased from us because the issue) in this case you’ll be able to have a partial refund for the rest subscription period that you can’t use.

• You will not be approved for a refund you purchase your subscription within 7 days of a trial and stream quality is reported as reason for requesting a refund. The same streams are used for trials and paid subscriptions.

You will not be approved for refund if you change from one MAC activated device to another MAC device. Only devices and applications which using M3U playlist are able to be switched with the same subscription ( devices which require MAC code to connect are not be able to be switched with other devices , subscription is strictly activated for that MAC.)

Also, note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But our payment processor or your financial institution can take up to 21-30 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
Once you requested a refund you can’t subscribe again to our service at any time in the future
Requesting a Refund
Follow the steps below to get your refund request sent to us:
1- use the contact form to request the refund.
2- use the same email address you use to buy our services.
3- include your invoice number , and your mac code in case you use a device with mac.
Important information once you subscribe with us it is considered you agree with our refund policy , terms and conditions. Our policy is very strict and impartially correct , we carefully respect our clients and we expect the same thing , so when you subscribe with us you agreed our conditions.
